At DamascorCraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
